At Finballs, we keep things simple—because… we sell one thing.
Yep. Just one.
Which makes our return policy pretty simple too.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
Since there’s only one Finball, there’s nothing to swap it for. And because it costs less than your morning coffee, returning it would honestly cost more effort than it’s worth (for both of us).
So:
- No returns
- No exchanges
- No “I changed my mind after 3 spins”
Please double-check your order before purchasing—though, again, it’s just the one thing 🙂
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Finball shows up damaged, defective, or somehow not a Finball (which would be impressive), we’ve got you covered.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A quick note about what went wrong
- A photo (if applicable)
We’ll make it right—promise.

Why No Returns?
We keep prices low and shipping cheap so you can just enjoy the product without overthinking it.
